SCHOLARSHIPS
We are proud to provide a high quality musical education with trained, professional staff, at an economical cost. GCYC offers scholarship assistance to all deserving students in our community. For one student in our upper division choir program, the cost for participation is between $400 - $1100.

What does it cost Gulf Coast Youth Choirs to make music?

Here are some examples of what your donation can do…

$500 covers the cost of professionally recording one concert
$15,000 covers the cost of summer choral camps for all GCYC choirs
$15,000 covers the cost of our operation for an entire month
$6,000 provides an accompanist for a year
$5,000 covers the cost of commissioning a new work
$10,000 would cover the cost of our annual Young Voices Festival
$5,000 would provide all of our music scores for one year
$7,000 covers the cost of one guest conductor for one year
$3,000 covers the cost of buses for a tour
$500 covers the cost of one touring scholarship for Jolies Voix
$4,000 covers the cost of buses for the Jolies Voix Florida Tour
$615 covers the cost of one tuition scholarship for Le Petit or Mannerchor
$550 covers the cost of one tuition scholarship for Jolies Voix
$525 overs the cost of one tuition scholarship for Allegria
$3000 covers the cost of the venue for one of our concerts
$250 tunes the piano for a performanc

Donations In Kind

We also accept in kind donations such as office supplies.

Planned Giving
You can schedule automatic monthly donations from your bank account. All you need to do is contact us set it up. For example, donations of $10 a month would come to $120 yearly.

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match your donation, some do 100% matches and others less. There are also companies out there that will donate money for your volunteer hours. Contact your employer and see if they offer matching gifts.
